Trolls in LotR don't turn to stone?

A reference for this claim? The only trolls I recall withstanding daylight in LotR were the "half trolls," and people debate whether they were actually trolls or not. Pennybuck (talk) 14:01, 5 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
